Trajectory Foundation, the Sacramento Kings, and G-Unity Foundation proudly awarded a $24,000 HBCU scholarship to Alaiya S. of Inderkum HS in Sacramento at the Kings home game February 24th, 2025.

Alaiya is driven – she already has 44 college credits through a dual enrollment program and has started a club called Project Vintage that distributes lightly used clothing to the homeless. When you talk to Alaiya you feel her incredible positivity and relentless energy. Alaiya is passionate about pursuing a nursing career and will be attending Grambling State University this fall. We are so proud to have her in the Trajectory Foundation family of scholars.

Sacramento Kings, who have been incredible partners for the past four years!  This scholarship marks our sixth HBCU scholarship to a Sacramento area student – a commitment of more than $120,000.
