Scholarship Information

The Trajectory national scholarship application period is February through March of each year. We also have a scholarship offered with the Sacramento Kings & another with Travelers Insurance.

Scholarship awards average $5,000 per academic year. Actual awards may vary based on the candidate and donor support for Trajectory.

Scholarship recipients may renew their Trajectory funding as their school years comes to an end, as long as they meet the specified qualifications.

There are no restrictions on majors chosen by the recipient for a Trajectory Scholarship.

To be considered, you must be in the process of completing, or have already completed, your senior year of high school.

Students must be able to show they have been accepted and are planning on attending an HBCU. Scholarship dollars will only be paid for students attending HBCUs.

Scholarship holders must show they are a student in good standing with their university and must maintain a 2.75 Cumulative GPA in order to renew their scholarship for the following year.

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
