Trevion will be a sophomore at North Carolina A&T this fall after achieving a 3,7 GPA in her freshman year majoring in Criminal Justice. Trevion is from the small, racially divided and economically challenged town of Roxboro, North Carolina. Her parents were factory workers until health issues caused financial stress on the family. Trevion wanted her story to be different by attending an HBCU where the atmosphere feels like family. Her goal is to return to her hometown and be part of the answer to social justice issues.
